Aubrey Martin
Clinical Supervisor
Aubrey approaches therapy from a person centered and collaborative place, rooted in openness, trust, honesty. She balances seriousness and humor, validation and supporting change, with CBT/DBT techniques to improve coping and self-efficacy. Healing can be uncomfortable and difficult, and her hope is to co-create a space where clients can create meaningful and lasting change. Aubrey works with individuals, couples, and families, with several years of experience as an adolescent and adult therapist. She has experience working with a variety of needs and diagnoses, particularly adults who struggle with depression, anxiety disorder, PTSD, bipolar disorder, behavioral management concerns, ADHD, and self-esteem issues. "If life is to be sustained hope must remain, even where confidence is wounded, trust impaired." - Erik Erikson
